SOLUTION: A drive base 510 is supported on a swing chassis 420 via a plurality of dampers 513, 514, and at least one among the plurality of dampers is made a movable damper 514 which is movable between the housing position in the movable range of the drive base 510 and the retracting position shifted from the movable range of the drive base 510.
