Abstract:
To provide a disk drier improved to be capable of performing one- layer drying within a short time while maintaining uniformity of a coated film.
This disk drier is mainly provided with a container 3 having a dry gas supply port in its upper side, and a dry gas discharging port 2 in its lower side, and a support disk 6 disposed in the container 3 and having a number of disk fixing tools 5 radially disposed at proper intervals to have a structure for holding a disk 4 in a perpendicular direction. In this case, a guide 8 is provided in the center of the support disk 8 to disperse dry gas supplied from the upper side to the outer peripheral side of the support disk.
