When a disk cartridge 70 is inserted from an insert opening, a linked moving plate 50 is moved by being pushed by the disk cartridge 70, a first spring 52 is charged, movable members 41, 42 are operated, the movable member 42 removes a restraint part of a cam plate 30, the linked moving plate 50 is restrained to a pin 51 (Fig. B). When restraint of the cam plate 30 is removed, the cam plate 30 is moved by a charge force of the first spring 52, a pin member 201 is pushed by a cam groove 301, a spindle motor substrate 20 is raised up, a clutch part 22 of a device side and a clutch part 72 of the disk cartridge 70 are coupled (Fig. C). When a taking out button is pressed, an electromagnetic solenoid 60 is rotated, the linked moving plate 50 is operated by a separation part 602, restraint of the pin 51 is removed, the cam plate 30 is moved by a charge force of the second spring 34, and the device is separated from the disk cartridge.
