When a disk 509 such as a DVD or a CD having an outer diameter 12 cm is inserted and conveyed, the disk is abutted on the operation part 851 of abutting pieces 838 and 839 to released a locked state between a locking part 853 and a locked part 864, and further abutted on the abutting part 851 to angularly displace the arms 841 and 842. An operation part 852 is guided from the second operation guiding part 868 of a moving member 791 to a first operation guiding part 867, and the locking part 853 is engaged with the second locking part guiding part 863 of the first guiding part 861 to be kept locked. In this state, the clamping means 675 and the disk are lowered, and then the disk is loaded on the table 508. When the clamping means and the disk are lifted, the moving member 791 is moved, the operation part 852 is guided from the first operation guiding part 867 to the second operation guiding 868, the locked state of the second locking part guiding part 863 by the locking part 853 is released, and then the disk is ejected and conveyed.
