Abstract:

CONSTITUTION: A groove B with wide width is provided in a prescribed interval in the middle of grooves in order to easily and accurately judge the synchronizing pattern and the incremental writing by an observation using an optical microscope, etc. Otherwise, a discontinuous gap G with a broken groove is provided in a prescribed interval in the middle of grooves.
