PURPOSE: To facilitate disposal of waste at lower production costs by forming a recess part in the body of a plate-shaped holder and V-grooves in both insides of the recess part.

CONSTITUTION: A plate shaped holder body 2 of a disk holder 1 is made of paper and is provided with a recess part 3 while V-grooves 4 are formed on both insides of the recess part 3. A hollow 5 for insertion is formed at a part of upper parts of both the inside parts of the recess part 3. The bottom part of the recess part 3 is provided with a semicircular hollow 6 for withdrawal. To house a floppy disc into the floppy disc holder 1, firstly, the floppy disc is inserted into the recess part 3 from the hollow 5 for insertion. To withdraw the floppy disc, a finger is put into the hollow 6 for withdrawal to pick it out of the recess part 3. As a result, with the simple structure, the production costs can be lowered, since the holder body 2 is paper an incinerator withstanding a high temperature for waste disposal in not required.
