When the disk 100 has unevenness in thickness, distortion, or the like, a disk abutting part 256 of a clamping weight 250 is made to slide, together with a ball bearing outer race 255 fixed to the disk abutting part 256, in the direction of rotation centering x in the figure with respect to the ball bearing inner race 255, and thereby the bottom surface of the disk abutting part 256 is tilted along the upper surface of the disk 100. Then, in such a manner, by securing a large contact area between the bottom surface of the disk abutting part 256 and the upper surface of the disk 100, the disk 100 is favorably fixed to a clamp main body 200 by the weight of the clamping weight 250.
