Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk medium sending object which can protect a disk medium without using a plastic protective case or a plastic envelope, which can be easily opened and allows the disk medium to be easily put in and taken out, and which can be appropriately used by a recipient as a dedicated storage case for protecting the disk medium.SOLUTION: A disk medium sending object includes: a rectangular outside paper sheet 2 which serves as a front cover 2A and a back cover 2B while having a fold B as a boundary; a bag-like or sleeve-like disk medium storage part 3 which is formed inside one or both of the front cover 2A and the back cover 2B, and into which a disk medium A is inserted from an opening part 3A on an edge side; a shape-retaining paper member 4 which is stored inside the outside paper sheet 2 when the outside paper sheet 2 is folded into two at the fold B, and which includes an information display part C; and an extension piece 7 which is formed by extending an edge side end of one of the front cover 2A and the back cover 2B. The disk medium sending object is sent in such a state that the edge sides of the outside paper sheet 2 are combined while the outside paper sheet 2 is folded into two, and the extension piece 7 is folded.
