A disk motor includes: an output shaft 31; a rotor disk 36 that is fixed to the output shaft 31; a stator 40 including a magnetic flux generating section that generates magnetic flux toward the rotor disk 36; and a housing 61 in which the rotor disk 36 is positioned and which supports the output shaft 31 rotatably. The stator 40 has an annular yoke 42 that faces a surface of the rotor disk 36. Protrusions 622 are provided on an inner surface of the housing 61, and depressions 422 are provided in the yoke 42. The protrusions 622 are positioned in the depressions 422 so as to locate the yoke 42 in a rotation direction with respect to the housing 61.
