During the process in which a pickup moving motor 40 moves a pickup 30 toward one of the movement limits, a relay gear 50 links a back stage gear train 45 to a front stage gear train 41. After the pickup 30 reaches the movement limit, a first slider 32 continues its advancement and the attitude of a lock member 70 is converted. By the above motions, actions such as sliding of a second slider 60, disk transfer from a turntable 31 to a disk tray 80 and movement of the disk tray 80 to disk take-out position are generated in a chain-like manner.
