A cabinet 1 has an opening 10 in a front surface and is provided with a chassis 3 for holding the disk D in its standing state to face the front surface in the inside, and a front panel 2 for covering the opening 10 is pivotally supported by a lower end part of the cabinet 1. The chassis 3 is pivotally supported on its upper end part by the cabinet 1, where links 6 for turning the chassis 3 in accordance with opening and closing of the front panel 2 are provided between a lower end part of the chassis 3 and a free end part of the front panel 2. In accordance with rotation of the front panel in the opening direction, the chassis 3 is turned upward, and is exposed from the opening 10.
