Abstract:

To provide a disk-shaped fiber-reinforced rubber molding which has a uniform reinforcing layer, is hardly deformed partially during use, and prevents early breakage and deterioration in a pressure balance function, and to provide a method for producing the molding.

In the disk-shaped fiber-reinforced rubber molding, an inside rubber layer 12, a reinforcing layer 8, and an outside rubber layer are provided. The reinforcing layer 8 is made of a single wire or a coated reinforcing wire with the surface of a twisted wire coated with vulcanized rubber. One coated reinforcing wire 8 is formed/arranged/laminated foldingly continuously in the radius direction from an approximately central place of the inside rubber layer 12 approximately over the entire surface on the surface of the inside rubber layer 12, and the method for producing the molding are provided.
