Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispose cooling water conduits near a gate and a printed-matter holder, cool sufficiently, and prevent a warp, by forming a gate trace used for injecting molten resin at the time of molding, into areas except the area opposite to the printed-matter holder of the external face of a top plate. SOLUTION: A resin molding space 30 is made with a template 20 for molding the external face of a top plate 10, a core block 21 for forming the internal face of a lid and a pocket, a template 22 for forming the external face of a printed-matter holder 13, and so on. Here, a gate 38 for injecting molten resin into the resin molding space 30 is made in the template 20 near one short side 37 of the external face of the top plate 10 which is opposite to the other short side 34 where the printed-mater holder 13 is provided. A water conduit 25a is made in the external face of the top plate 10 near the gate 38 which tends to heat up to a high temperature, and a water conduit 25b is made in the core block 21 used for the internal face, thereby exerting sufficient temperature- control and preventing uneven cooling.
