Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent electrification to a cartridge at the time of taking in/out the cartridge housing a disk for recording and reproducing to/from a rack and a recording and reproducing device by a transfer mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A guiding member 7 with a rotating roller 7a to guide the cartridge 3 taken in/out while coming into contact with the cartridge 3 and is provided between the recording and reproducing device 4 and the transfer mechanism 6 of the cartridge 3, a destaticizing sheet 21 with a cushony property is loaded on the circumference of the above-mentioned rotating roller 7a, a contactor 22 is brought slidably into contact with the destaticizing sheet 21 to be grounded.
