Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a disk type motor with excellent cooling effect and with simple structure by a mechanism wherein a plurality of metal piece materials are formed to one body with flanges in the manner that the former materials envelop the outer circumference of a stator's ring shaped iron core in a concentrical and contacted status with the latter core. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of metal piece materials 5 having, e.g. sector shape, are arranged in the manner that they envelop the outer circumference of an iron core 1, being in a concentrical and contacted status with the iron core, and are formed monolithically with a flange 3 or attached by welding or by soldering and the like. Accordingly, when the temperature of the iron core rises, its outer diameter is enlarged by thermal expansion, making the contact resistance with the metal materials 5 smaller, resulting in the effective cooling of the iron core.
