To facilitate a fluid to flow in around a bimetal ring even in the state where the bimetal ring is expanded at a high temperature and an annular plate is abutted to an outer stopper part and an inner stopper part.
A valve disk 9 is disposed inside a variable pressure chamber 4 formed from inner and outer ring valve seats 6 and 7 and a lid member 5. An ended bimetal ring 15 is disposed on a conical slope part 14 formed in the outer circumference of the outer ring valve seat 7. An annular plate 16 is disposed between the bimetal ring 15 and the valve disk 9. Outside of the bimetal ring 15, an outer stopper part 17 is formed. The outer stopper part is positioned higher than an upper surface of the bimetal ring 15 whose upper surface is expanded under high temperature, and is comprised of a plurality of projections locking an outer circumferential lower surface of the annular plate 16. Inside of the bimetal ring 15, an inner stopper part 18 is formed, whose upper surface is formed into the same plane as an upper surface of the outer stopper part 17 and which is comprised of a plurality of projections locking an inner peripheral lower surface of the annular plate 16.
