Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To thin a wall thickness of a disk to lighten a disk wheel by improving a curve part formed in a radial inner slant face of a hat part of the disk to increase rigidity of the disk.
SOLUTION: In this disk wheel, a halfway part of the radial inner slant face 3 in the hat part 2 of the disk 1 is formed with the curve part 5 curved toward the reverse. A residual compression stress of at least 100 MPa is applied to a stress concentration part on the rear side of the curve part 5.
