PURPOSE: To provide a disk wheel which has a high strength and is excellent in the designing and being inexpensive.

CONSTITUTION: A disk wheel 1 has a metallic rim part (rim 2 and interposed ring plate part 4), a disk part 6 molded of metal of a kind different from the rim part and a fiber body 4e formed of a blank of fiber reinforced metal and mounted to the connection part of the rim part molding metal and disk part molding meatal. The rim part molding metal and disk part molding metal are joined with each other through the fiber reinforced metal. Then, a highly strong and economical steel plate is used for the rim part (rim 2 and interposed ring plate part 4) and a magnecium alloy having a beautiful skin surface is used for the disk part 6, so that the disk wheel can be provided which has high strength and is ecellent in a design property and being inexpensive.
