PURPOSE: To verify the validity of a time slice value by outputting dispatch information of each program.

CONSTITUTION: The time slice value determined for each program is stored in a time slice storage part 1. Causes by which and the frequency with which each program abandons the use of a CPU are stored in a dispatch information storage part 2. A dispatch part 3 determines the program to be executed and dispatches the CPU and counts the frequency in abandonment of execution with respect to each cause. At the time of the end of program execution, a dispatch information output part 4 outputs the time slice value and contents of the dispatch information storage part 2.
