Abstract:
To manage or confirm attendance using an IC card that a dispatched employee always carries.SOLUTION: A dispatched employee 1 is a foreign resident who is required to carry a residence card 12. A client company 2 is equipped with a camera 21 which optically reads information recorded on a surface of the residence card 12, a card reader 22, and an attendance processing apparatus 23 which processes output from the card reader 22. An AI processing unit 24 in the attendance processing apparatus 23 performs image recognition on the residence card 12, as an IC card 11 of a predetermined kind, through motion detection from an imaging target of the camera 21, and performs character recognition on information 11a identifying the dispatched employee 1 from the recognized image. The attendance processing apparatus 23 performs attendance processing regarding the dispatched employee 1 identified by the AI processing unit 24, and integrates data with a management confirmation apparatus 31 of a staffing company 3 via a database 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
