CONSTITUTION: A resonator 9 expanding the amplitude of ultrasonic vibration is provided on a Langevin type ultrasonic vibrator 14 generating the ultrasonic vibration, a vibration damping member 12 made of a material having the acoustic impedance different from that of the material of an electrode plate is closely arranged around the projection 7 of the electrode plate of the Langevin type ultrasonic vibrator 14 soldered with lead wires so as to cover it, and a dispensation nozzle 17 is fixed at the end section of the small-diameter section 16 of the resonator 9 so that the ultrasonic vibration is directly transmitted to the dispensation nozzle 17.
