PURPOSE: To lessen the loss of a reagent which is necessary for cleaning replacement by making a vomitting nozzle and a switching valve close to each other as much as possible and laying them together with reagent bottles in a refrigerator and constituting switchback flow paths in combination with a syringe mechanism at the outside of the refrigerator.
CONSTITUTION: An inhalant pipe 19 made of "Teflon " tube having a small inner diameter and a minimum length and a shunting pipe 15 made of "Teflon " tube having a large inner diameter are used, and this internal volume is arranged to be nearly equal to the maximum flow-out volume of a syringe. A series of actions such as cleaning, reagent-inhaling and vomitting are performed by controlling a pulse motor 11 for driving the syringe, the switching valve 16 and a solenoid valve 22 by a microcomputor. By such constitution, the loss of a reagent is considerably lessened as compared with usual methods. Further, washing is easy, because the reagent moves in a flow-passage which is as simple as nearly a piece of tube.
