Abstract:

To provide a manufacturing method of a plasma display capable of accurately and simply forming a phosphor layer between high-precision barrier ribs by suppressing clogging of a discharge opening due to powder aggregation even when a dispenser nozzle having a combination surface is used.

The problem is solved by using this dispenser composed by combining a plurality of blocks, and used for discharging an introduced coating liquid from a discharge opening through a manifold formed in the inside, and characterized by having a space having a height of 40-100 m and a depth of 0.2-5 mm in the manifold contacting the combination surface of the plurality of blocks.
