This dispenser with the cover includes: a body 12; the tip coating part 20 projecting from a tip opening 12e at the front of the body; and the cover 30 for protecting its tip coating part 20 at the non-use ime. The cover 30 is attached to the body 12 pivotally about an axis normal to its back and forth direction in such a manner as to overlap at least some part of the body 12 therewith and to make pivotal between a position to cover the tip coating part 20 and a position stretched rearward from the body 12 to a side separating from the tip opening 12e.
