To provide a dispenser with a cover, whose whole size can be made to be compact and which has a cover for protecting a tip end application part when the dispenser is not used.

The dispenser includes a body 12, the tip end application part 20 protruding from a tip end opening 12e of the body, and the cover 30 for protecting the tip end application part 20 when the dispenser is not used. The cover 30 is attached to the body 12 rotatably around an axis perpendicularly intersecting to the body 12 forward backward, and is rotatable between a position where the cover overlaps at least a part of the body 12 from the outside and encloses the tip end application part 20 and a position where the cover extends backward from the body 12 to the direction for the cover to recede from the tip end opening 12e. A rib 12c of the body 12 engages with a groove 30g of the cover 30 at the extension position.
