To provide a dispenser in which a liquid sample requiring cold insulation can be supplied efficiently while simplifying a cold insulation facility.
In a dispenser for sucking a liquid sample from a reservoir 5 by means of a dispensation head 7 having a plurality of dispensation chips 8 and delivering it to a microplate 4, a liquid sample 19 contained in a preservation container 18 is preserved in a preservation unit 17 and when it is supplied to the reservoir 5, the liquid sample is sucked by means of a pump 15 and supplied from the delivery nozzle 11 of a delivery unit 10 to the reservoir 5. Since a cold insulation box for preserving a large number of microplates 4 is not required and a dispensation stage does not require a cooling station, the liquid sample can be supplied efficiently while simplifying the cold insulation facility.
