Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simplify a mechanism as a whole with a smooth motion of a dispensing probe by a method wherein a spline shaft and a round rack are formed at a part of a rotary shaft with the dispensing probe fixed thereon and the spline shaft is rotated by a first rotation drive means to move the round rack linearly by a second rotation drive means.
CONSTITUTION: A spline shaft 4 and a round rack 6 are formed at a part of a rotary shaft 3 and a gear 5' is formed on the circumference of a spline bearing 4' to be connected to a gear 5 fixed on a motor 9 such as stepping motor. The round rack 6 is connected to a pinion 6' fixed on a motor 9' such as stepping motor.
