To provide a dispensing cap capable of easily controlling a dispensing member for discharging a material as much as a proper quantity from a container.
The dispensing cap 10 to be attached to the container 20 having an axis X is composed of (a) a first part 11 attached to an internal discharging orifice 118a suitable for selectively communicating with the interior of the container, and (b) a second part 12 where conduits 121a and 121b pass through to open into a dispensing orifice 122. The second part 12 can turn around an axis Y slanted with respect to the axis X to shift from a closing position where it closes the internal discharging orifice 118a to a dispensing position where the internal discharging orifice 118a can communicate with the dispensing orifice 122 through the conduits 121a and 121b. Still furthermore, the dispensing cap 10 is so constructed as to activate a dispensing member 30 provided on the container.
