Abstract:
To provide a food material discharge device including an accommodation device capable of stably supplying food material having low fluidity without applying excessive stress.SOLUTION: A discharge device 1 that discharges food material F includes: an accommodation device 3 including a hopper 3A accommodating the food material F and a pressing device 11 mounted in the hopper 3A; a measuring and discharge device 5 that is arranged in a lower part of the accommodation device 3 and measures the food material F pressed in from the accommodation device 3 to make the amount be a predetermined amount and discharges the food material F; and a control device 9 that controls operations of the accommodation device 3 and the measuring and discharge device 5. The pressing device 11 includes a pressing member 11A in a rotation axis 11B pivotally supported by a side wall 3E of the hopper 3A. The control device 9 is configured to control a rotation operation in which the rotation axis 11B rotates to cause the pressing member 11 to press the food material F into the measuring and discharge device 5, and a filling operation in which the measuring and discharge device 5 fills the food material F, in an interlocking manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
