Abstract:
To provide a dispensing device for liquid food such as sauce which can dispense sauce or the like to prevent the volume of the food determined by a store from being wasted, save time and effort in a kitchen, and shorten the time for serving the dish.
The dispensing device comprises a piston reciprocating in a cylinder, and a suction port and a discharge port formed in the cylinder. A valve is provided on the suction port and the discharge port so that the discharge port is closed when the piston is retracted to suck liquid food from the suction port, and the suction port is closed when the piston is advanced to discharge liquid food from the discharge port.
