To provide a dispensing support system, a dispensing support method, and a dispensing support program capable of reducing the burden of dispensing work in a pharmacy.SOLUTION: A dispensing support system comprises: an assignment processing section that assigns a part or whole of dispensing on the basis of prescription data corresponding to a pharmacy capable of dispensing medicines to any of the pharmacy and dispensing facilities capable of performing a part or whole of dispensing on the basis of the prescription data corresponding to the pharmacy; and a first output processing section that outputs an assignment result by the assignment processing section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
