Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that intrinsic physical properties of particles are not exhibited, or that particles cannot be treated by dispersion with high-viscosity slurry because of the occurrence of particle destruction in a classifier that pulverizes and disperses aggregated particles in slurry.SOLUTION: In a disperser which keeps a rotor 5 having irregularity on the outer peripheral face installed in a cylindrical container having a cylinder 2 having an uneven inner peripheral face to make a shear flow generating gap 8 formed between the inner face of the cylinder 2 and the outer peripheral face of the rotor 5 form a slurry passage, and which consists of a raw material slurry inlet 7 provided on one end of the cylindrical container, a product slurry outlet 9 provided on the other end of the cylindrical container, and a drive unit that rotationally drives either one of the cylindrical container and the rotor 5, the cylinder 2 is cooled with a liquid, and the depth of an uneven recess formed on the inner peripheral face of the cylinder 2 and on the outer peripheral face of the rotor 5 is deeper than either small one of 1 mm or 0.5 times of the shear flow generating gap 8 with the shear flow generating gap 8 of 0.6-4 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
