Abstract:
To provide an alternative dispersible powder composition which, when used as a construction material particularly a self-leveling floor base or floor cover material, prevents a formed surface from having unevenness and generating craters or pinholes, and also prevents a formed layer from including air.
The dispersible powder composition is redispersible in water and comprises a polymer of one or more ethylenically unsaturated monomers, as a base material, and also comprises at least one gemini type surfactant.
