Abstract:
To provide a dispersion and a coating agent comprising an anisotropic rutile type titanium oxide particle which is a photocatalyst applicable to various uses.
The dispersion and coating agent comprise the anisotropic rutile type titanium oxide particle dispersed in a solvent. The dispersion and coating agent are characterized as follows. The major axis direction of the anisotropic rutile type titanium oxide particle is oriented in the (001) direction. An aqueous solution of an amine is contained in the solvent.
