To provide a dispersion stabilizer easy to disperse a hardly oil soluble component in an oily dispersing medium in a stable state, a dispersion liquid composition for use in filling a capsule easy to disperse the hardly oil soluble component in a stable state, a filling composition hard to cause the separation of respective components and a capsule agent.
The dispersion stabilizer comprises an L-ascorbic acid-fatty acid ester (A-P) and the dispersion liquid composition is obtained by mixing the dispersion stabilizer and the oily dispersing medium under stirring while heating them to a temperature being the melting point of the dispersion stabilizer or above. As the oily dispersing medium, vegetable oil is preferable. The filling composition contains the dispersion liquid composition and the hardly oil soluble component. The capsule agent is filled with the filling composition. The filling composition containing the dispersion stabilizer comprising A-P is extremely low in viscosity change as compared with a composition containing a conventional dispersant such as beeswax, a glycerine fatty acid ester, candelilla wax or the like.
