NEW MATERIAL: A compd. of formula I (wherein F is a residue of a dye with no water-solubilized group; B is a crosslinking member and a direct bonding; Z is O and S; V is a residue of H-V {wherein H-V is an oxime of formula II [wherein R1 and R2 are each a (substd.) alkyl, aryl, etc.] and a lactam of formula III (wherein R is H or an alkyl; n is 4-11)}).

EXAMPLE: A compd. of formula IV.

USE: For dyeing and printing of polyester fibers and cellulosic and synthetic hydrophobic fiber materials.

PROCESS: Diazoamine or tetracyanoethylene of formula D-NH2 (wherein D is a residue of a carbon-cyclic or heterocyclic diazo component) is reacted with a compd. of formula V [wherein V1 is formulas VI and VII (wherein R5 and R6 are each a 1-6C alkyl; R7 is methyl and H; n' is 4-7)].
