Abstract:
To provide a dispersion liquid having excellent dispersibility and a layer (coating film) forming property, which is obtained by dispersing powder comprising a tetrafluoroethylene-based polymer in a solvent.SOLUTION: The dispersion liquid of the present invention comprises powder containing a tetrafluoroethylene-based polymer, a dispersant, and a solvent, where the powder is dispersed in the solvent. The dispersant comprises: a partially fluorinated polymer containing a unit based on a fluoro monomer having a monovalent fluorine-containing hydrocarbon group and a unit based on an alkyl monomer having an alkyl group; and an oxyalkylene-based polymer containing a unit based on a fluoro monomer having a monovalent fluorine-containing hydrocarbon group and a unit based on an oxyalkylene-based monomer having an oxyalkylene group.SELECTED DRAWING: None
