Title:
DISPERSION METHOD AND DISPERSION MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3855213
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy to load a dispersion medium and also simplify the delivery of the dispersion medium form a dispersion machine and the cleaning of the dispersion medium, in a dispersion method and the dispersion machine for dispersion using the dispersion medium.
SOLUTION: A disc is provided in a dispersion chamber 7 so that a sucking action is generated by rotation. The dispersion chamber 7 has a suction aperture 6 and a discharge aperture 14, in which a filter 15 for separating a dispersion medium is installed in a freely detachable manner. The suction aperture 6 and the discharge aperture 14 of the dispersion chamber 7 communicate with a liquid storage tank 1 through ductworks 29, 3 respectively. A liquid to be treated and the dispersion medium which are stored in the liquid storage tank 1 are guided into the dispersion chamber 7 due to the sucking action following the rotation of the disc. The liquid to be treated is dispersed, while the dispersion medium is held in the dispersion chamber 7 by blocking the medium with the filter 15. After the dispersion treatment, the filter 15 is removed to rotate the disc, and consequently, the dispersion medium is discharged from the dispersion chamber 7 together with a cleaning liquid to be circulated through the liquid storage tank 1. Thus it is possible to clean the entire circulation system.
