Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve enhancement of dispersibility of powders.SOLUTION: A dispersion nozzle 1 comprises: gas injection means 2 comprising an injection port 3 for injecting air 4 as a jet flow; a mixing agitation part 5 which circulates the jet flow of air 4 injected from the injection port 3 from an axial direction one end side 5a to the other side 5b; and a powder supply part 6 which supplies powders 7, which are pneumatically transported, to the axial direction one end side of the mixing agitation part 5. In the mixing agitation part 5, the jet flow of air 4, which advances while expanding a diameter thereof, contacts an inner surface on the other end side 5b in an axial direction. The powders 7 supplied from the power supply part 6 is agitated in such a manner that the powders are pulled into the jet flow of air 4 circulating in the mixing agitation part 5, and even if there is an aggregate in the powders, aggregation thereof is released and the powders are dispersed. The jet flow of air 4 in the state that the powders 7 after passing the mixing agitation part 5 are dispersed is supplied to a gas passage b for an exhaust gas after adjusting a pressure through a diffuser 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
