Abstract:
To reduce facility cost significantly by supporting a dispersion plate on a pole fixed to the iron skin of a fluidized bed furnace while penetrating it vertically thereby reducing the weight of the dispersion plate.
A dispersion plate 4 provided in a fluidized bed furnace F is supported by a pole 12 fixed to the iron skin 1 of a fluidized bed furnace F while penetrating it vertically. Since a load acting on the dispersion plate 4 in the vertical direction is born surely by the pole 12, sufficient strength can be kept even if the dispersion plate 4 is made thin. The post 12 is cooled by cooling medium passing through a cooling medium passage formed in the post 12.
