Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the operators heretofore required to be assured in surplus and to improve the working rates of sorting machines and video coding systems.
SOLUTION: The video coding manager for controlling the mutual commission of video coding operation to transport the images of the postal items to be video coded with one postal item sorting machine connected by the network to another video coding system and to read and input sorting information by viewing from the images of the postal items with another video coding system is included. Accordingly, the mutual dependence of the video coding operation between the plural video coding systems connected by the network is made possible, the operators heretofore required to be assured in surplus may be decreased and the working rates of the video coding systems are improved.
