Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a displacement detection device capable of securing detection accuracy without complicating its structure.SOLUTION: A detection head 3 comprises a head body 31, a bracket 32, and a flexible printed-circuit board 33. The bracket 32 including a top plate 35 and a bottom plate 36 is fixed to the head body 31. The flexible printed-circuit board 33 is fixed to the bracket 32, and it is provided with a first scale detection unit 7 and a second scale detection unit 8. The first scale detection unit 7 is provided where the flexible printed-circuit board 33 is fixed to the top plate 35, and the second scale detection unit 8 is provided where the flexible printed-circuit board 33 is fixed to the bottom plate 36. Distance H1 between the first scale detection unit 7 and a measurement surface 2a of a scale 2 is longer than distance H2 between the second scale detection unit 8 and the measurement surface 2a of the scale 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
