To remove safe pressure load of an internal space when pressure increases by exceeding a prescribed internal pressure in the internal space of a cylinder.
The ring seal 5 is supplied with a pressure of a medium on a side directed to the internal space 8, supported with a supporting member 10 on the inverse side of the internal space, and the supporting member is supported by a part of the cylinder 10. Further a safety member 11 is provided, the safety member is formed so as to change its shape under a thermal overload, thereby a passage opening part from the internal space of the cylinder to a surrounding can be formed. The safety member is arranged in a jacket form in a gap of a ring form between the piston rod and the supporting member, made of a meltable material, and in this case, an internal region in the radial direction of the ring seal is supported by the safety member.
