Title:
DISPLACEMENT PICKUP SWITCH AND METHOD ASSEMBLING THE SWITCH
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3503157
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To assemble a chip with a high precision without requiring any special operations by correcting the outer surface of the chip to an attitude as perpendicularly intersecting the displacing direction of a displacement sensor, and adhering the chip fast to a chip mounting part.
CONSTITUTION: Using bolts, the body case 2 of a displacement sensing switch 1 is fixed to a jig 17 in the form of a square block through a flange. A chip pressing jig 18 is bolt coupled with one side face S1 of this jig 17, while the body case 2 is located relative to the jig 17 so that the reference surface Sy of the body case 2 is in tight attachment to the inner side face (chip pressing surface) S2 of the chip pressing jig 18, and thereby a sturdy bolt coupling is established. This generates a condition that each of the four side faces St of the jig 17 is perpendicularly intersecting the displacing axis P of the respective displacement sensor 3. The chip pressing jig 18 is removed once from the jig 17, and a chip is fitted in the chip mounting parts of the displacement sensors 3, folowed by provisional fastening using an adhesive.
