PURPOSE: To simplify manufacture of a displacement pump by setting the space between the inner and outer wall surfaces of a ring-shaped delivery member to be accommodated in a delivery chamber of a delivery chamber plate of the displacement pump and the inner and outer surfaces of the delivery chamber so that specific conditions may be satisfied.
CONSTITUTION: A displacement pump 20 driven by a drive motor 22 is provided by having a delivery chamber plate 46 intervened between an inflow plate 44 including an inflow opening and an outflow plate 50 including an outflow opening and a delivery member 48 is accommodated inside a through hole 52 in the delivery chamber plate 46. The delivery member 48 is formed in a ring shape and its inner and outer cylindrical walls 92, 94 are connected together as a curve closed by an end range 95 on both sides of the delivery member 48. A through hole 52 is formed correspondingly to the configuration of the delivery member 48 and, in this present case, respective parts are selected so that the total of the spaces 122, 124 between cylindrical walls 92, 94 and cylindrical walls 98, 100 of a delivery chamber 96 may correspond to a diameter 110 of the circle described by the motion of the delivery member 48.
