A character string to be displayed together with parts figures on the display elements are stored into the table data, and a control part 24 displays the display elements based on the screen data and acquires the character string with reference to the table data when accepting operations to the display elements. The control part 24 displays the display elements based on the screen data and accepts the operations to the display elements during replacing the memory card 32, and when the memory card 32 is replaced, the control part 24 displays the display elements including a new character string with reference to new table data.
