To create display of special designs and to improve a luxurious feeling the feeling of a material, the feeling of transparency, beauty, contrast, the three-dimensional feeling of a display section, etc., by changing the visible ways of the designs displayed on a display board in the daytime and in back lighting.

The display board 14 is formed of a transparent board 24, a first design forming section 25 formed in part of the front surface of the transparent board 24 and a second design forming section 26 formed on the rear surface side of the transparent board 24. The first and second design forming sections 25 and 26 are formed as translucent printing sections and the first design forming section 25 is provided with printing drop-out segments not subjected to printing. These segments are formed as drop-out display sections 28 where characters, figures, etc., are shown. The second design forming section 26 is visually recognized from the segments not formed with the first design forming section 25 and the display sections 28 of the transparent board 24.
