To provide a display case for which a see-through hood is stably installed to a case body and the assemblability of the see-through hood to the case body is high.
Since an insertion groove formed on a first plate part constituting the case body is formed into a shape of being inclined such that the depth of the groove increases from a projection end part side to a joining end part, in the case of the installation direction of horizontally placing the first plate part and vertically placing a second plate part, displacing force toward the side of the second plate part acts on the see-through hood (an insertion end part to be in detail) mounted on the bottom surface of the insertion groove by the gravity of the see-through hood, and the see-through hood is assembled to the second plate part without a gap. Since the insertion end part of the side end part of the see-through hood is inserted to the insertion groove, gap generation between the first plate part and the see-through hood is prevented as well. Thus, the see-through hood is mounted on the case body without the gap and an excellent appearance is stably secured.
