CONSTITUTION: A display control device controlling the display of a displayer 18 using a display device having a memory property and capable of controlling the order of scanning arbitrarily is provided with a video memory 26 storing image data, a scanning area instructing memory 27 storing an area where data is updated in the video memory 26 and a graphic and display controller 25 controlling the scanning so that the area where the data is updated is preferentially scanned based on area information stored in the scanning area instructing memory 27.
