Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display control system of a man conveyor capable of preventing getting-on error of a passenger, by controlling display illuminance of a display according to an installation environment and operation state of the man conveyor, and reducing power consumption.SOLUTION: A display control system of a man conveyor comprises: a display for displaying an operation direction of the man conveyor; an illuminance sensor for detecting peripheral illuminance of the display; and a display control device for controlling display illuminance of the display based on the peripheral illuminance of the display detected by the illuminance sensor. A display control method comprises: an illuminance detection step for detecting the peripheral illuminance of the display which indicates the operation direction of the man conveyor; and an illuminance control step for controlling the display illuminance of the display based on the detected peripheral illuminance of the display.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
